Mixing of
dry forms
Mixing powders and granulates
on a scale of 0.2 - 20 kg.

Mixing and homogenisation
of liquid and semi-solid forms
Mixing and homogenizing of solutions, suspensions, gels, creams and ointments on a 0.2–50 L scale.

Granulation of
powders
Wet, high speed granulation of powders on a scale of 0.2-6 kg. Wet, fluid granulation of powders on a scale of 0.2-3 kg. Dry granulation of powders with up to 10 kg/h capacity. Coating of pellets in a fluid bed by the Wurster method on a 0.2-0.6 kg scale.

Manufacture of
tablets
 
Manufacturing of tablets on dies with EU BB and EU D standards, single layer with a capacity of up to 10 800 tabl./h. Coating of tablets on a scale of 0.2-0.8 L.

Packaging
 
 
Manual packaging of semi-solid products in aluminium tubes.

Testing of technological parameters of
powders and tablets
Testing of powder parameters (angle of repose, bulk density before and after compaction) and tablet parameters (hardness, abrasiveness, disintegration time).
